Food Made With Care
Sembré starts with a simple idea: food that feels good should taste just as good. Every pudding is made in small batches with thoughtfully chosen, recognizable ingredients and layered to bring together flavor, texture, and just the right amount of indulgence. Each recipe is carefully balanced so every spoonful feels satisfying, fresh, and genuinely worth looking forward to.
Plant-based, gluten-free, and made without preservatives, each flavor is created to be something you genuinely look forward to eating—not simply something that checks the right boxes. From the first spoonful to the last, it’s real food made with purpose, care, and a whole lot of flavor, without sacrificing the richness and enjoyment that make food memorable in the first place.

Meet Isabel
Sembré began with Isabel’s lifelong connection to food and the values she grew up with in a Spanish family, where meals were rooted in care, simplicity, and bringing people together. After experiencing colon cancer, she became more intentional about what she ate and started looking for foods that could be both nourishing and genuinely enjoyable.
That search eventually became Sembré: small-batch layered chia puddings made with thoughtfully chosen ingredients, careful preparation, and plenty of attention to flavor and texture. What began as something personal grew into something worth sharing with others.
Made Locally, Shared With Community
Made in Newton, New Jersey, Sembré is rooted in the communities that helped it grow. From farmers markets to local businesses, we love sharing good food with the people around us.
